Reabilitar para Arrendar: is it open, who can apply?
Owners of buildings at least 30 years old can apply to Reabilitar para Arrendar (Habitação Acessível), IHRU's financing to rehabilitate them for rent at capped rents; the municipal pages describing it show no dates.

- Individuals or companies, private or public, who own the building or part of it, or hold rights that let them charge it and act as works owner
- What it funds
- Rehabilitation of buildings aged 30 or more, to be used mainly for housing and let at a conditioned rent (renda condicionada)
- Budget
- Initial 50 million euros, with the European Investment Bank and the Council of Europe Development Bank
