Who can apply

The owner, usufructuary or surface-right holder of the homes; with several co-holders, all must agree to the works and to renting

Conditions

Occupancy licence for housing issued at least 15 years ago

Grant

30% of the works, up to 6,000 euros for T0 and T1, 7,200 for T2, 8,400 for T3 and 9,600 for T4 or larger

Payment

60% on proof of a rental contract and 40% after 36 months of the contract
