IFRRU 2020 rehabilitation loans: is it open, who can apply?
The IFRRU 2020 site invites applications for below-market loans to rehabilitate whole buildings but shows no dates; its latest published figures are for the second half of 2024. The project must lie in an urban rehabilitation area (ARU).
