Who could apply

Individuals (pessoas singulares) who own and live in the home, or can show a right to do the works: owners, co-owners, heirs, usufructuaries and tenants

Budget

30 million euros, raised by 60 million euros on 23 January 2025 so eligible applications already sent could be funded

Grant rate

85% for most works, 65% for insulation in non-natural materials; caps per work type, for example 2,000 euros for windows and 4,750 euros for wall insulation

Homes covered

Existing houses and flats licensed up to 31 December 2006, with some exceptions; mainland, Madeira and Azores

Works covered

Class A+ windows, insulation, renewable heating and hot water, solar panels with or without storage, water efficiency
