E-Lar second phase vouchers: is it open, who can apply?

Closed: on 24 March 2026 the Environmental Fund stated that the second E-Lar call was closed to new applications while the recovery plan was renegotiated. Suppliers can send payment requests until 30 November 2026.

Adults with an electricity supply contract: group II, people on the electricity social tariff (TSEE); group III, other individuals

60,834,518 euros, split equally between the two groups

Induction hob 300 euros; conventional hob 146 euros; hob and oven set 600 euros; electric oven 300 euros; electric water heater 500 euros

Top amounts, social tariff

Induction hob 369 euros; conventional hob 179.60 euros; set 738 euros; oven 369 euros; water heater 615 euros, plus transport, installation and removal of the old gas appliance

Payment requests

Suppliers can submit them until 30 November 2026 (notice of 22 July 2026)
