Condomínios Residenciais (PACR): is it open, who can apply?

Closed: the residential condominium insulation programme (PACR) took applications from 4 April to 28 December 2023, or until its 12 million euro budget ran out. It was for residential condominiums and sole owners of whole buildings.

Who could apply

Residential condominiums, through their administration, and individual owners of buildings in single ownership

Budget

12 million euros; at most 150,000 euros per beneficiary

Grant rate

80% with natural or recycled insulation, 70% with other materials

Caps per dwelling

Roofs 4,000 euros; external walls 4,750 euros; floors 4,000 euros

Extras

400 euros of technical support per application and up to 125 euros per dwelling for the energy certificate

Deadline to finish works

31 December 2026 (notice of 30 June 2026)
