Who can apply

The State through DGTF, municipalities and associations of municipalities; public companies and institutes; charities (Misericórdias), social solidarity institutions, housing cooperatives and other public-interest bodies. Separate notice for security-force services

Aim

2,000 emergency or transition lodgings, plus 473 homes, 3 housing blocks and 5 temporary centres for the security forces

Funding

203 million euros from the recovery plan (investment RE-C02-i02)
