Who submits

Municipalities and the public entities named in article 26(a) and (b) of Decreto-Lei 37/2018, through the MyIHRU portal

Works eligible

Housing solutions in a municipality's local housing strategy, finished or under way, with completion due by 30 June 2026

Households

Families must be listed as in undignified housing in their municipality's local housing strategy (ELH)

Funding

The recovery plan invests 1,407 million euros in this programme (investments RE-C02-i01 and RE-C02-i09)
